Strong Senior Product Manager Profile:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Point-of-Sale (POS) ecosystem within the retail domain. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, bridging the gap between complex retail operations and seamless digital experiences.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate market needs into scalable features that drive transaction efficiency and store-level productivity. By championing a customer-centric approach, you will directly influence the growth of our retail footprint and ensure our POS platform remains the backbone of our merchant operations in a highly competitive landscape.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management with significant ownership of POS.
- Must have experience leading a product team and owning the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Cloud, Offline, and Mobile POS.
- Must have experience building enterprise-grade products requiring offline resilience, high availability, and large-scale integrations (ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM).
- Must have experience in omnichannel retail journeys including billing, payments, promotions, loyalty, and inventory visibility.
- Must have experience in SaaS product lifecycle management and ERP integrations.
Note:
- Must be willing to work from the Gurgaon office 5 days a week and attend a face-to-face final interview round.
