Senior Product Manager - Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across the product lifecycle-from launch to maturity-ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional tools, and customer engagement initiatives to drive brand performance.
- P&L Responsibility: Own the brand P&L; track financial performance including sales targets, market share, and ROI on marketing investments.
- KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to enhance product advocacy and visibility.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with regulatory, medical, supply chain, training, and legal teams to ensure compliant and timely product execution.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Leverage digital platforms for brand promotion, physician engagement, and customer experience enhancement through webinars, social media, and e-detailing.
- New Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, including pre-launch market research, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch tracking.
- Training & Development Support: Support field force training by developing brand communication materials, product monographs, and objection-handling guidelines.
- Compliance & Ethical Marketing: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to internal SOPs, industry codes (like OPPI), and regulatory norms.
