
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand plans and strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and growth strategies.
- Create brand promotion initiatives, including digital campaigns, website/app launches, webinars, etc.
- Organize and conduct meetings, conferences, and events to ensure brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals.
- Oversee product forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, pre-launch and post-launch activities, and initiatives for product growth.
- Develop marketing and promotional plans aligned with end-consumer needs.
Skills & Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing/PMT.
- Experience in chronic therapy or urology is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
