Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Personalisation to lead strategy and execution for customer discovery, customised nudges, and data-driven user journeys across our app and web platforms. You will be responsible for building and scaling personalisation systems that improve conversion, engagement, and retention, while collaborating closely with data science, engineering, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the personalisation strategy across app and web (product recommendations, discovery journeys, targeted offers).
- Build customised nudges and engagement flows -notifications, in-app messages, and contextual offers.
- Partner with data science and ML teams to leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for real-time personalisation.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless, personalised customer experiences.
- Establish key KPIs such as conversion uplift, CTR on nudges, engagement frequency, and repeat transactions.
- Run experiments, A/B tests, and cohort analyses to continuously improve personalisation outcomes.
- Benchmark and adopt best practices from leading ecommerce and fintech platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers in the personalisation and engagement pod.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in personalisation, recommendations, or engagement systems.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development, ML-driven personalisation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRM tools, marketing automation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
- Experience working in fintech, ecommerce, or large-scale consumer internet platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.
