Senior Product Manager - Payments - FinTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our high-growth fintech team in Pune. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our core payment infrastructure, translating complex financial requirements into seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape while driving innovation in digital transactions. By bridging the gap between technical feasibility and market needs, you will directly influence our product strategy, ensuring our solutions remain competitive, scalable, and secure for millions of users across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for payment modules to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and market trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering and legal teams to streamline product development cycles and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Analyze user behavior data and market feedback to identify friction points, driving iterative improvements that enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

- Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and requirement gathering to post-launch performance monitoring and optimization.

- Communicate product vision and strategic priorities to leadership to secure buy-in and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex fintech products, specifically within the payments domain, with a proven track record of shipping scalable features.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating technical discussions with engineers while articulating value propositions to non-technical partners.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Pune, balancing long-term strategic planning with the agility required for rapid execution.

- A degree from a premier institute is preferred, complemented by a deep understanding of the Indian fintech regulatory environment and payment gateway architectures.
