Job Description:

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and execution for the Maintenance-as-a-Service (MaaS) business, a new vertical. This is a hands-on, end-to-end ownership role in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment, where the product charter is still being defined and the business model is being validated.

You will work closely with the business lead, engineering, design, and field operations to shape the product end-to-end - from customer acquisition and onboarding through service delivery, scheduling, billing, and ongoing engagement. The role requires strong product thinking and genuine comfort operating in an environment where the playbook does not yet exist.

Scope & Ownership:

- Own the product end-to-end - from customer discovery and onboarding through service scheduling, delivery, billing, and renewal. This is a 0-to-1 product charter.

- Build product capabilities that enable reliable service delivery at scale, including customer identity and plant onboarding, eligibility and plan selection, AMC scheduling and visit management, billing/payment flows, and customer communication.

- Design how MaaS customers and their service journeys integrate with the broader internal product ecosystem without creating fragmented or bespoke systems.

- Drive product discovery through close engagement with MaaS customers, field service teams, and business stakeholders.

- Define success metrics, track adoption and business outcomes, and continuously iterate based on what works and what doesn't.

- Identify and address recurring inefficiencies, rework, and escalations across the MaaS customer journey through better product and system design.

- Partner with engineering and design to balance near-term delivery with foundational capabilities required to scale the business reliably.

What Success Requires:

- 5-7 years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or service-delivery businesses where the customer journey spans digital and physical touchpoints - home services, mobility, logistics, healthcare, or similar domains.

- Proven track record of owning a product problem end-to-end - from discovery and definition through execution, measurement, and iteration.

- Comfort operating in early-stage, low-structure environments and deriving problem understanding through customer conversations, field observation, stakeholder inputs, and data.

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data for prioritization and reason from first principles about product and business health.

- Field-operator design experience is a strong plus, particularly experience building products for field teams and non-desk users.

- Understanding of subscription, renewal, AMC, and service-contract business models, including customer plan selection, retention, pricing, and engagement.

- Ability to work effectively across business, engineering, design, and operations teams and drive alignment without relying on positional authority.

- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and articulate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
