
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager for our Warehouse Management System (WMS), you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex supply chain logistics and cutting-edge software solutions. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating intricate warehouse operational requirements into scalable, high-performance digital features. Working closely with engineering teams, operations heads, and business stakeholders, you will drive the product roadmap to optimize inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and labor productivity. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our fulfillment centers, ensuring that our logistics backbone remains agile, cost-effective, and capable of supporting rapid business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for the WMS platform to align with organizational goals and evolving supply chain demands.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and translate these insights into functional specifications that enhance throughput.
- Lead cross-functional squads, including developers, QA, and data scientists, to ensure the timely delivery of features that improve system reliability and user experience.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing modules, ensuring the system remains intuitive for floor staff and robust for management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear visibility into product milestones, risks, and the business impact of prioritized initiatives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex supply chain workflows into structured product requirements and technical documentation.
- Proven expertise in managing the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and discovery to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features that offer the highest ROI for warehouse operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain technology domain.
- Academic background from a premier institute, which complements a structured approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, on-site work environment in Mumbai, maintaining close proximity to warehouse operations to foster deep product understanding.
