Senior Product Manager - Lending

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives in the Personal Loans (Unsecured Lending) domain within a high-growth fintech organization. The role requires strong product thinking, ownership, and deep understanding of digital lending ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Personal Loans (Lending).

- Drive growth through data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product development.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.

- Improve customer experience across the end-to-end lending lifecycle.

- Ensure effective execution of product initiatives with high-quality delivery.

- Mentor junior Product Managers and support capability building within the team.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Product Management.

- Strong hands-on experience in Fintech Lending (Non-Banking only).

- Experience with Personal Loans / Unsecured Lending products.

Strong understanding of lending lifecycle:

1. Origination

2. Servicing

3. Collections

- Experience building and scaling digital lending products.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
