Senior Product Manager/Lead Product Manager - SaaS & AI Platform

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation SaaS staffing and digital transformation products. This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of product direction, architecture alignment, and AI-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for SaaS platforms.

- Lead cross-functional product squads (Design, Backend, Frontend, QA) from a product lens.

- Drive AI-enabled product initiatives using OpenAI and other AI technologies.

- Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Oversee architecture discussions in collaboration with Solution Architects and Tech Leads.

- Champion build vs buy decisions, scalability, performance, and security.

- Present product vision, roadmap, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

- Mentor junior PMs and establish strong product management best practices.

Technology Stack Exposure:

- Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

- MongoDB, MySQL

- Angular, Node.js

- AWS (Cloud-native SaaS architectures)

- Figma (UX collaboration)

- OpenAI, AI/ML integrations

Qualifications:

- 10-13 years of experience in Product Management / Solution Architecture.

- Proven success building and scaling SaaS products from concept to enterprise adoption.

- Strong prior experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Experience managing complex products in staffing, ERP, CRM, or digital platforms preferred.

- Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities.
