Senior Product Manager - IT

Roles and Responsibilities

- Shape the product vision and strategy for Organisation's products. Bring together the needs of beneficiaries and users, the constraints of the health system and stakeholders, and the perspectives of internal teams (program, technology, and content) to define the solution vision.

- Translate product vision and strategy to clear roadmaps. Prioritize feature development and drive execution.

- Analyze product data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Own engagement and impact metrics. Develop and drive key initiatives to deliver desired product outcomes.

- Work closely with the design team to drive product discovery. Build in the voice of users into the product development process.

- Research and review new developments and best practices in the digital health space as well as the latest technologies that can be leveraged for our programs.

- Mentor / manage junior team members.

- Define and shape the culture and optimal processes for the product & innovation team, elevate the quality of product thinking at Organisation.

Qualification & Skills

- Know-how in program development activities such as research, planning, data collection, ability to extract and interpret data collected and the ability to communicate with program stakeholders.

- Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to priorities competing demands are key.

- Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi language communication skills; Strong writing and editing skills, with a high-level of attention to detail; Able to read and interpret complex documents, and communicate information effectively to others, with strong interpersonal skills.

- Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports; Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software; Expertise in analysing data using statistical software; Strong training & facilitation skills.

- Technologically proficient in MS Office, SPSS, social media and internet applications.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in required.
