Role Overview:

GoldenBridge Search has exclusively partnered with a very well funded investment tech platform to hire a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for their investment platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, customer personas (retail & HNI), and should be capable of driving end-to-end product ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

2. Lead discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to build innovative investment products.

3. Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

4. Define and track product performance metrics, optimise conversion funnels, and improve user engagement.

5. Mentor product teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive high-impact decisions.

Requirements:

1. 6-10 years of product management experience, majorly in investment platforms.

2. Strong knowledge of investment instruments, regulatory landscape, and product lifecycle.

3. Proven track record of launching and scaling user-centric fintech products.

4. Exceptional problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

5. MBA / PG from top-tier institute preferred.
