We are hiring for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our consumer-facing digital products. You will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is a strategic role where your insights and execution will directly impact business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle - from concept to launch to continuous improvement.
- Build a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behavior, and translate them into clear product strategies and features.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
- Define and track success metrics using product analytics, A/B testing, user research, and feedback loops.
- Develop and maintain detailed PRDs, wireframes, user stories, and workflows.
- Prioritize features and roadmap based on customer insights, data, and business goals.
- Present product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Coach and mentor junior product team members; contribute to building a strong product culture.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of total experience with a minimum of 7+ years in B2C product management.
- Strong experience in building and scaling digital platforms across web and mobile.
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in tools like Mix panel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, Figma etc.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and product experimentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
- Educational background in technology or business.
- MBA preferred
