Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and AI-driven product innovation for a consumer-facing FinTech platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, experimentation, conversion optimization, and shipping AI-powered features using LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and post-release optimization.

- Drive Agile product delivery by managing backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional execution.

- Lead experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product improvements.

- Define, build, and launch AI/LLM-powered features to improve customer experience, personalization, and conversion.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, QA, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-impact features.

- Track product KPIs including conversion, engagement, retention, lead quality, and AI feature adoption.

- Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product initiatives.

- Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and product performance to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of Product Management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM-powered product features.

- Proven experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle across web and/or mobile applications.

- Strong track record of improving conversion, engagement, revenue, or lead quality through experimentation and analytics.

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and KPI measurement.

- Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for product research, documentation, and analysis.

- Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, experiment plans, and product specifications.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams.

- Recent experience in a B2C FinTech product company is mandatory.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to LangChain, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or AI-powered product development.

- Experience working closely with Data Science/ML teams on AI-enabled features.

- Prior experience building AI capabilities for payments, lending, insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
