We are recruiting a Senior Product Manager GenAI to join one of our leading multinational clients and their rapidly expanding team. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on product leader with deep exposure to Generative AI technologies and a strong track record of delivering innovative, scalable digital products. The position is based in Bangalore and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions with global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-powered products and platforms.

- Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact GenAI solutions.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and optimization.

- Evaluate and integrate large language models (LLMs), AI frameworks, and emerging GenAI technologies into product offerings.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.

- Define KPIs and measure product performance, user adoption, and business outcomes.

- Ensure responsible AI practices, including governance, security, privacy, and ethical considerations.

- Act as a product evangelist, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders around the product vision.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7+ years of overall product management experience, with at least 23 years working on AI/ML or GenAI-driven products.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI product architectures.

- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
