Senior Product Manager - FinTech - IIT/NIT/BITS

Client: One of the most profitable fintech companies in India with an AUM of 10,000cr+ and a diverse portfolio of lending products.

Core Role: To increase operational productivity by digitising the internal workflow across sales, finance, risk and compliance. This is an SPM role reporting to the AVP Product.

1. Collaborate with business leaders across all functions like sales, risk, operations, finance, engineering etc.

2. Plan and execute the GTM strategy for the next phase of the organisation's growth.

3. Integrate compliance-based automation based on regulatory parameters by RBI

Tools: ERPNext, internal tools for UI/UX, EPTs, etc.

Required qualification: Min. 5 years of experience with a degree from a top engineering college. (IIT/NIT/BITs)
