Experience: 6+ Years

- Define and drive the long-term product vision for Personal Loans and Customer Service platforms

- Own business outcomes (growth, efficiency, customer experience), not just feature delivery

- Align product roadmaps with broader business and risk objectives

- Identify diminishing returns and pivot strategy to maximize ROI

- Enable fast launches followed by data-driven iterations

- Manage and mentor Product Managers, helping them evolve from project execution to product ownership

- Review product specs and guide clear, outcome-oriented requirements

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Risk teams

- Ensure alignment, transparency, and early stakeholder involvement

- Influence senior leadership on priorities, resourcing, and strategic decisions

Requirements:

- 6+ years of Product Management experience, with exposure to Fintech/Lending

- Strong understanding of Loans lifecycle and Customer Experience platforms

- Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers

- Strong data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics for decision-making

- Ability to balance speed, quality, risk, and customer impact
