Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our retail-tech ecosystem, specifically focusing on our core ERP and POS platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex retail operations and scalable software solutions, ensuring our technology empowers merchants to streamline inventory, sales, and customer management. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for our ERP and POS modules by translating high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements that solve real-world retail pain points.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intuitive, high-performance features that reduce friction in checkout processes and inventory reconciliation for our end users.

- Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for platform expansion, ensuring our retail-tech suite remains competitive and ahead of industry shifts.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and user research to post-launch performance monitoring, to ensure consistent value delivery to our merchants.

- Partner with sales and customer success teams to translate complex client requirements into scalable product features that drive retention and platform adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex ERP or POS product lifecycles, with a deep understanding of retail workflows, supply chain logic, and transactional data structures.

- Proven track record of translating ambiguous business problems into clear, technical product specifications that engineering teams can execute effectively.
