We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key problem statements across our user and partner journeys. You'll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business to convert real-world operational problems into scalable, tech-led solutions. This role blends strong product thinking, data-backed decision-making, and deep operational understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the charter for specific user or partner journeys - from discovery to delivery.
- Translate the broader product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Prototype and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses and solve core user pain points.
- Drive post-launch improvements - improving reliability, retention, and repeat usage.
- Leverage data to prioritize, experiment, and optimize - track what matters (conversion, repeat %, fulfillment rate).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, growth, and tech to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure quality and consistency across releases, maintaining a high product hygiene bar.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-tech or marketplace environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling user-facing or supply-led products.
- Strong understanding of on-ground operations and B2C user experience.
- Analytical and structured thinker - able to convert insights into simple product flows.
- Hands-on, outcome-oriented approach with strong ownership mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-growth, fast-paced setups.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and drive clarity.
- A bias for speed, simplification, and experimentation.
