
Senior Product Manager - Credit/Debit Cards
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for credit and debit card offerings.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide data-driven inputs into the product roadmap.
- Develop product features, write comprehensive functional requirements, and manage project implementation to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Track and ensure implementation of regulatory compliances and card network guidelines (e.g., from RBI, VISA, Mastercard, RuPay).
- Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodology to build high-quality card products.
- Develop and deliver innovative card-based solutions to support business growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage strong relationships with issuing and acquiring banks, card networks, fintech partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless customer and partner experience through the optimization of both automated and manual processes.
- Manage end-to-end integration with card networks, banking partners, and vendors.
- Define and evaluate new product ideas by leveraging internal capabilities and third-party solutions.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and audit requirements across all card product offerings.
- Drive key initiatives to completion, consistently meeting performance indicators and business targets.
- Monitor key metrics such as success rates, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction across card products.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on competitor offerings and innovations in the card payments space.
- Foster strong relationships within the industry and actively engage with card networks on pilots and new feature rollouts.
