Senior Product Manager: Broking / Fintech products

SEBI-registered broking and investing platform built for young, first-time Indian investors, nearly 90% of our users are Gen Z. Backed by Lightspeed and Info Edge Ventures, we are building AI-led stock discovery, personalized user journeys, and radically simpler execution tools to make markets less intimidating for a generation that thinks about money differently.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to independently own a major product area, setting direction, not just executing a roadmap, inside our Product Development Lifecycle. You will be accountable for the outcomes of your area end-to-end: discovery, spec, UX ownership, and the post-launch numbers, while partnering closely with an Engineering counterpart who owns architecture and delivery.

What you will do:

- Own the roadmap and prioritization for your product area, grounded in user research, market signals, and business strategy

- Define the problem worth solving before scoping a solution, and defend that prioritization to stakeholders and leadership

- Write and own product specs: success criteria, scope, edge cases, and acceptance criteria, the line where product's scope ends and engineering's implementation approach begins

- Own UX flows, wireframes, and product-level technical requirements; make final design calls

- Partner with an Engineering lead through architecture, build, QA, and launch, holding the line that product owns outcomes, not delivery mechanics

- Own post-launch measurement for your area: adoption & engagement, business/revenue impact, and qualitative feedback, and translate learnings into the next round of discovery

- Represent product in conversations with Risk & Compliance, Legal, and regulators-facing teams on features with KYC, trading, or disclosure implications

- Push AI adoption across your product area, using it heavily yourself in research, specs, and analysis

What we are looking for:

- 4 - 6 years of product management experience, with substantial time spent on broking, trading platforms, wealth-tech, lending, or other fintech products

- Solid grasp of capital markets and trading workflows (equities, F&O, mutual funds, margin/MTF, or similar)

- Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and being accountable for its business outcomes, not just shipping features

- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable pushing back on scope creep and holding a clear line between product and engineering ownership

- Fluency with product analytics and experimentation to justify prioritization calls with data

- AI-native: you have rebuilt your own workflow around AI tools and have opinions on how to use them well, not just that you use them

- Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, or Legal teams on regulated product surfaces is a strong plus
