Responsibility : - Driving unsecured loans penetration on 811 Savings Account Book - Responsible for identifying and launching new product, process and/or digital journeys to meet lending targets - Work closely with technology team to launch new product/journey, as required - Manage interactions with Risk, Policy & Analytics teams to grow the top of the funnel for driving business - Manage P&L for own portfolio Experience : - 8+ years of experience - Loans Product Manager for top Banks, Fintech or large loans distribution platform like Paytm/CRED. Experience with one of the following organizations will be preferable: a. Bajaj - Personal Loan b. Paytm Personal Loan or Digital lending partnership team c. IDFC - CRED personal loans product manager d. ICICI Credit on UP product Manager e. CRED Loans partnership/distribution team f. Amazon Pay Later product manager - Project Experience of following nature is preferred a. Delivered digital lending acquisition targets b. Managed Portfolio for small ticket personal loan/ buy now pay later/SME lending product c. Launched new digital lending journey d. Worked on aggregators and/or fintech partnership programs for lending e. Experience of working with credit bureaus, alternate data players to increase asset top of the funnel f. Launched credit on UPI - Good understanding of Loans P&L and fee lines is required - Good understanding of digital lending guidelines is preferred - Good MBA/Post Graduation institute is preferred
