Role: Senior Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership:

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key business area.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and continuous optimization.

- Define product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Prioritize product initiatives using customer insights, business impact, and data-driven decision making.

Product Development & Execution:

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build high-impact products.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

- Lead product planning, sprint execution, and release management.

- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and customer experience.

Business Impact & Growth:

- Own and improve key product and business metrics.

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

- Build scalable product solutions that drive measurable adoption and long-term value.

- Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

AI & Process Innovation:

- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve product development and team productivity.

- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance internal processes.

- Drive innovative product initiatives that create competitive advantages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Founders, Leadership, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business stakeholders.

- Align cross-functional teams around product priorities and roadmap execution.

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively across the organization.

- Mentor Associate Product Managers and junior team members where required.

Product Excellence:

- Define product success metrics and monitor performance using data and analytics.

- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

- Champion best practices in product management, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

- Foster a customer-first mindset across product development.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 3+ years of Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product or major product area.

- Proven experience owning business metrics and delivering measurable customer and business impact.

- Experience building products from concept (01) through launch and scale.

- Strong product thinking with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

- Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Experience using AI tools to improve product development and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in high-growth startups or technology-driven companies.

- Experience building AI-enabled or productivity-focused products.

- Strong understanding of product analytics and experimentation.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

- Experience mentoring Product Managers or Associate Product Managers.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
