Job Description:
Company Overview:
- We are looking for a Product Manager with 6 to 9 years of experience in the product lifecycle management space. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer-facing startups such as Rapido, Ola, Uber, Mamaearth, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to develop and launch products.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to improve product offerings.
- Monitor product performance metrics, iterate, and optimize features based on insights.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient product development cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Experience working in B2C/Consumer Tech, e-commerce, or on-demand services.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, data analytics, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies with an impact-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in product scaling and optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work experience in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to growth hacking, AI-driven products, or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience in handling large-scale user data and insights-driven decision-making.
