
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale company's core B2C experience. This isn't a project role - you'll own critical pieces of our user journey and build products that drive trust, engagement, and growth. What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap for B2C app features - onboarding, policy management, reminders, renewals, SOS, and more.
- Use data to identify user friction and improve activation, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-quality features rapidly.
- Run A/B tests, build dashboards, and drive insights using Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Translate complex insurance processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Ideate and integrate GenAI/AI-led features to improve personalization and automation.
- Balance speed and scalability while solving for real user pain points.
What We're Looking For
- 4-10 years of product management experience in a consumer tech environment.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end mobile app experiences (Android/iOS) - not just backend tools.
- Strong grip on tech fundamentals, API flows, architecture-level thinking (you can speak dev language).
- Hands-on with product analytics tools and user behavior insights.
- Bonus if you've worked on AI-led products, personalization engines, or MarTech stacks.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
