Senior Product Manager (Bhopal)
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (In-office, 6 days/week)
Compensation: 25 - 40 LPA + Attractive ESOPs

Role Overview
As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the Durlabh Darshan app end-to-end-driving product vision, user engagement, retention strategy, and monetisation funnels for a high-growth B2C spiritual app.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap using consumer behaviour insights, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Metrics Optimisation: Track and optimise core B2C app metrics, including DAU/MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, session time, stickiness ratio, activation rate, and engagement depth across key features.
- Feature Development: Build and enhance engagement features such as streaks, gamification, recommendations, and personalised spiritual journeys.
- Monetisation: Own the monetisation funnel: free-to-premium conversions, subscription optimisation, purchase triggers, paywall performance, and drop-off resolution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing to ship high-quality product releases.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc.).
- Experience: 4+ years in product management for B2C apps.
- Industry Background: Mandatory 2+ years in OTT, E-commerce, Social, Gaming, or content-driven platforms.
- Performance: Proven experience in improving retention, user activation, and monetisation through data and user insights.
- Analytics: Strong skills in funnels, segmentation, cohorts, A/B testing, and behavioural analytics.
Good To Have
- 0-to-1 or early-stage startup experience.
- Interest in AR/VR and emerging technologies.
- Technical background or previous development experience.
- Experience leveraging AI for recommendations or content workflows.
