Senior Product Manager - B2B Tech Platform

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of scalable technology products.

This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of product thinking, technical depth, and leadership, ideal for someone who has evolved from software development into product management and can drive end-to-end product ownership.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

- Translate business needs into scalable product initiatives

Product Development & Delivery

- Own the complete product lifecycle: ideation - development - launch - iteration

- Work closely with engineering teams (Angular / .NET stack) to ensure high-quality product delivery

- Drive execution while maintaining timelines, scalability, and performance standards

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor product and engineering teams

- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams

Stakeholder & Customer Management

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams

- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve products

- Partner with sales and business teams to support growth and adoption

Product Innovation

- Drive new feature development and cross-product integrations

- Continuously enhance product capabilities to stay competitive and customer-focused

What We're Looking For

- 12+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in Product Management (recent)

- Strong prior experience in software development (3+ years), preferably in .NET / Angular

- Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management

- Strong understanding of technology architecture and scalable systems

- Ability to balance technical depth with business impact

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Background

- Engineering background (B.Tech / M.Tech mandatory)

- Experience in B2B tech products / platforms

- Exposure to scaling products in high-growth environments
