Senior Product Manager

Location: Sector 125, Noida

About the Job:

MantriAI is hiring for one of India's leading B2B commerce and supply chain unicorns, transforming the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors through cutting-edge technology and digital supply chain solutions.

What you will own:

- Understand user and operational pain points with Procurement, Supply Operations, Finance and leadership.

- Use customer input where relevant to define the problem.

- Set product direction and roadmap priorities, balancing user needs, business value and delivery constraints.

- Use competitor insights to sharpen the offering.

- Turn requirements into clear product specifications and usable workflows with product and design colleagues, improving product discovery, engagement and the end-user experience.

- Partner with engineering through agile and scrum delivery.

- Resolve technical design trade-offs, dependencies and release risks, and manage timelines.

- Own implementation and adoption: introduce the product into daily work, identify barriers to use and follow through after launch.

- Track usage and outcomes, analyse patterns, validate feature needs and use the findings to improve the product and its business impact.

- Align stakeholders on priorities and decisions, communicate progress, manage expectations and resolve escalations across functions.

Essential requirements:

- 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B or Internet company.

- Track record in technology innovation, ecommerce or supply chain, with ownership across the lifecycle of large platforms.

- Strong analytical, communication and people management skills, including the ability to align colleagues across functions.

- High ownership and willingness to set up products, modules or processes from an unclear starting point.

- B.Tech from a Tier-1 institution such as an IIT/NIT/BITS plus an MBA.

Preferred experience:

- Prior procurement product experience, or work on complex operational workflows involving multiple teams, handoffs and exceptions.
