Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives from conception through execution and optimization. This role requires a strong generalist with a proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle and scaling B2B SaaS products during critical growth phases. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end product discovery processes, including market research, user interviews, data analysis, and validation.

- Own and maintain the product roadmap, execution plans, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Identify opportunities for growth across user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

- Lead go-to-market planning including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch activities.

- Monitor post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance product value.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-impact B2B solutions.

- Take full ownership of projects, solve complex product challenges, and deliver measurable business results through strategic execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 6+ years of hands-on product management experience, with proven success across the full product lifecycle.

- Demonstrated experience scaling B2B SaaS products from early traction to growth and maturity stages.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
