Sr. Product Manager (Asset Management/Investments)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Define and lead a comprehensive product strategy and multiyear roadmap ensuring alignment with firmwide goals and business priorities.

- Establish clear OKRs to measure progress, impact, and value delivery; refine the roadmap based on stakeholder input and evolving business needs.

- Provide strategic leadership across the full product lifecycle - ideation, development, launch, and continuous iteration - while ensuring consistency in user experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

- Build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders including Investment Teams, Operations, Controllers, and Technology to align on strategic objectives, understand localized requirements, and drive adoption of scalable, outcome driven solutions.

- Champion a unified product vision while accommodating business specific nuances.

- Contribute actively to technology and firmwide initiatives, offering perspective beyond the immediate product scope to support broader organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years of product management experience.

- 3+ years of Private Markets experience within Asset Management.

- Experience in Fund-of-Funds Secondaries is preferred.

- Experience leading greenfield engineering initiatives is required.

- Strong understanding of the Alternatives Investment Lifecycle and related systems (preferred).

- Solid knowledge of SDLC, product and system design principles.

- Familiarity with modern UI/UX best practices.

- Hands-on experience with eFront and Dynamo is required.
