Senior Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence

- We're looking for a seasoned PM to shape the future of HighLevel's AI Knowledge Base products.

- In this high-impact role, you'll drive end-to-end product strategy from opportunity discovery and POCs to crafting user experiences and launching powerful AI-driven features.

Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Prioritize features based on customer needs, market insights, and business goals.

- Work with engineering, design, GTM, and support to deliver best-in-class AI products.

- Mentor PMs and influence cross-functional execution.

- Own performance metrics: adoption, retention, NPS/CSAT, and product impact.

- Continuously improve the product through user research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

- 4+ years in Product Management (AI/Chatbots/SaaS ideal).

- 2+ years of hands-on AI domain experience.

- Strong analytical, communication, and user-centric thinking.

- Ability to turn insights into exceptional product experiences
