Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager at Deskzero, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven hiring platform. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and features that enhance the user experience and deliver tangible value to our customers. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive product innovation and market leadership within the HR tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key features and modules within the HireSort platform, aligning with company goals and market needs.

- Conduct in-depth requirement gathering through user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

- Translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality implementation of new features and enhancements.

- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating product progress, trade-offs, and decisions.

- Champion data-driven product development, utilizing metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.

- Ensure product compliance with evolving privacy regulations such as GDPR, DPDP, and CCPA, maintaining Deskzero's commitment to data integrity and security.

- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

- Analyze market trends and technology advancements in AI and HR tech to identify new opportunities and challenges for the product.

- Drive adoption and engagement of product features through effective communication and collaboration with go-to-market teams.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS, AI, or HR technology company.

- Track Record: Proven track record of successful requirement gathering, defining product roadmaps, and delivering impactful products from concept to launch.

- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

- Compliance: Prior experience working in or with government settings, understanding compliance and regulatory frameworks.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.

- Experience with AI/ML products and understanding of their development lifecycle.

- Familiarity with ATS-friendly design principles and recruitment technologies.

- A deep understanding of global data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.

- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
