Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior PM with exceptional product sense and hands-on experience building AI-driven B2B SaaS products. You will work closely with founders to define vision and drive execution for products that feel simple yet powerful.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Own the roadmap for AI automation products, identifying opportunities through deep customer research and market analysis.

- AI & Tech Collaboration: Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI APIs; partner with engineering to make strong trade-offs between scalability and UX.

- Execution & Data: Drive delivery using Jira/Asana and guide decisions using Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.

- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of PMs while obsessing over "micro-experiences" and product polish.

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of PM experience with a strong B2B SaaS background (early-stage or Series A preferred).

- Proven experience leading PM teams and shipping AI-driven products.

- Exceptional product sense and deep obsession with usability.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate with a high-efficiency mindset.
