Description:
- Take ownership of assigned parts of the product roadmap and decide what features to build based on user needs and business goals.
- Identify improvements and new product ideas.
- Write clear product documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog, and product releases.
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to deliver features on time.
- Track timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with leadership, healthcare experts, and customers to align product direction.
- Create workflows, use cases, and user journeys.
- Maintain product documentation and release notes.
- Prepare product demos, presentations, and internal materials.
- Work with data teams to define AI/ML use cases and ensure outputs meet business needs.
- Use SQL or Python to check data, validate assumptions, and support product decisions.
- Ensure product features and AI outputs meet healthcare standards and expectations.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency in documentation and product workflows.
- Manage trackers, documentation, and product metrics.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and feature usage.
- Support roadmap planning and prioritisation.
- Continuously improve product processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience working on technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, or data products.
- Strong experience in writing product documents and managing requirements.
- Ability to work between business teams and technical teams, translating needs clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
- Good understanding of healthcare workflows and industry practices.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred.
- Experience working in startups or dynamic environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (like HIPAA, GxP, FDA guidelines).
- Understanding of data systems, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is preferred
