Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our product offerings. Your day-to-day will involve deep market analysis, strategic roadmap definition, and close collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative products to life. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customer-facing teams, to understand market needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and translate them into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product value.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features based on user feedback and market trends.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product strategies, translating market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
