We are seeking an exceptionally driven and strategic Product Manager-II to own the vision and execution for reinventing and digitizing critical internal workflows across multiple business and support functions (including Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Compliance). Your core mandate is to deliver new tooling, through a mix of build-outs and strategic buy-ins, to enhance operational productivity and embed robust controls, detailed audit trails, and automated compliance into every process. This role demands mastery in product execution and the ability to drive change among senior functional leaders.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years managing B2B/Enterprise software or internal ERP/workflow automation systems across multiple business functions.
- Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Strong working knowledge of complex internal enterprise operations and the ability to model end-to-end business processes (e.g., procurement-to-pay, asset management, financial reporting).
- Technical Proficiency (Mandatory): Proven experience developing or managing products built on the Frappe Framework, ERPNext, or similar low-code/open-source enterprise platforms.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, technical fluency, and ability to communicate complex process changes to technical and non-technical teams.
- Education: BTech/BE. MBA from a top business school strongly preferred
