Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the consumer app from zero-to-one.
- Build delightful, intuitive, and high-trust user experiences tailored specifically for seniors and their families.
- Translate deep user understanding, emotions, and behavioural insights into clear product flows and systems.
- Drive first-principles problem solving to simplify complex needs into elegant product solutions.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and the founding team to craft a cohesive product vision.
- Define and own core product metrics across adoption, activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Run rapid experiments across personalisation, onboarding, rituals, and content to drive early traction.
- Set up scalable product processes, rituals, and decision frameworks for a fast-moving team.
- Bring clarity and direction in ambiguous problem spaces, ensuring high quality and speed.
- Champion user empathy, craft, and thoughtful detail in every experience shipped.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2C consumer apps.
- Proven experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups, shipping zero-to-one or zero-to-scale products.
- Deep user empathy and the ability to think emotionally + structurally.
- Strong first-principles thinker with a bias for clarity, simplicity, and disciplined execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build products seniors or non-tech-native audiences find effortless and joyful.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with comfort working in high-velocity environments.
- High ownership mindset-you thrive in ambiguity and love building from scratch.
