Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of mobile app and e-commerce customer journeys in the telecom sector. The role involves shaping product roadmaps, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive self-service focused digital product roadmaps

- Gather and align business requirements into actionable development specs

- Work closely with UX/design and development teams

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (call center, retail, business)

- Communicate project milestones and risks clearly to stakeholders

Requirements:

- 8+ years of digital product management experience

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence or similar tools

- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

- Telecom sector experience is a plus

- Willingness to travel regularly
