Senior Product Designer - AI & Intelligent Systems

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of AI-driven products and intelligent systems. This role focuses on translating complex data, automation, and AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact user experiences for business users and clients.

You will work at the intersection of design, data, and AI, influencing how advanced systems are understood, trusted, and adopted at scale.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered and data-intensive products

- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, decision-oriented experiences

- Design interfaces for dashboards, automation flows, and conversational interactions

- Build consistency through scalable design systems

- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

- Drive user understanding, trust, and adoption of AI systems through thoughtful design

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in product design, preferably in complex or enterprise environments

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or intelligent automation systems

- Strong capability in workflow design, data visualization, and problem structuring

- Solid understanding of design systems and modern design practices

- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

- A portfolio demonstrating high-impact, complex product design work

Preferred Background

- Experience with conversational interfaces, copilots, or AI-assisted workflows

- Exposure to media, advertising, or technology-driven industries
