Our focus is on creating intuitive, seamless, and engaging experiences in the mobile space. About the Role: We are actively hiring a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. This is a key role for an individual contributor (IC) with a strong background in end-to-end product design for B2C mobile applications. You will be responsible for shaping the user interface and user experience for our mobile products, with a particular focus on the Android platform. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UI/UX design for key features and flows within our B2C mobile applications, with a focus on the Android platform. - Take strong individual ownership of design projects from initial concept to final implementation, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. - Conduct user research and translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions. - Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent. - Design and specify microinteractions and animations to enhance the user experience. - Utilize Figma proficiently as the primary design tool for all stages of the design process. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design specifications and assets. - Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our design system. - Advocate for best practices in mobile UI/UX design, ensuring accessibility and usability. - Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile design, technology, and user behavior in the B2C space. Must-Haves: - 4+ years of experience (3.5+ years acceptable) as a Product Designer with a focus on UI/UX for Mobile Apps (B2C only). - Demonstrated strong individual contributor (IC) ownership in previous tech or startup environments. - Proven expertise in fullstack Product Design (both UI and UX) specifically for mobile applications, with a focus on Android. - High proficiency in Figma, including creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and defining microinteractions. - A strong portfolio showcasing UI-heavy B2C mobile applications, with experience in designing for launcher, utility, or feed-driven products preferred. - Prior experience working exclusively within B2C product companies (experience with payment gateways is not applicable for this role).
