Overview:

- Synergy Advanced Metals Ltd.is seeking a seasoned PPC Specialist/Procurement/ Logistics Head - Ferro alloys to lead and optimize a raw materials sourcing network that provides long-term competitive advantage.

- This high-impact role demands strong strategic sourcing expertise, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a high-performance, capital-efficient raw materials sourcing network.

- Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with key raw material suppliers w.r.t SS

- Ensure continuity and reliability of supply to support long-term business growth.

- Drive supply chain best practices and operational efficiencies across the organization.

- Build collaborative, trust-based relationships across internal teams and supplier networks.

- Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Deliverables:

- Proven success in applying supply chain best practices to build scalable, optimized sourcing systems.

- Effective supplier performance management and negotiation capabilities.

- Strong commercial and market acumen to guide sourcing strategy.

- Leadership in cross-functional settings with significant staff responsibility.

- A hands-on, analytical, and judgment-driven approach to solving supply chain challenges.

- SS scraps from Europe, US and other markets.

- Have dealt with Ni, MG , molybdenum metals buying and selling

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of strategic sourcing experience, ideally in steel or automotive sectors.

- MBA from a reputed institution.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and working at a senior cross-functional level.

- Track record of delivering measurable business value through supply chain transformation.
