Role Overview:
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives and manage end-to-end procurement cycles for our high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize spend and improve vendor performance across IT and project portfolios.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Oversee end-to-end project procurement, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet stringent project timelines.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives by identifying and onboarding high-quality vendors that align with long-term business goals.
- Develop robust procurement planning frameworks to anticipate market fluctuations and maintain supply chain continuity.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT procurement and complex project-based sourcing within large corporate environments.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing complex legal and commercial agreements.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret market data, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build sustainable relationships with global vendors.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
- A professional background supported by 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in procurement management and strategic sourcing.
