Senior Pricing Analyst / Pricing Manager

Location: Gurgaon, India

We are hiring an experienced pricing professional to join our global pricing team. This role is for someone who can independently build, explain, and defend complex financial models used to price large, labor- and equipment-intensive service contracts.

This is not a reporting or support role. You will own pricing work end-to-end and work directly with senior stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams.

What You'll Do:

- Build advanced Excel-based financial models for service contracts, including labor staffing, equipment costs, and margins

- Translate RFP and operational requirements into clear, defensible pricing assumptions

- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risk and competitiveness

- Clearly explain your models, assumptions, and conclusions in professional English

- Partner with Finance and Operations to construct bids, validate inputs, and challenge inconsistencies

- Develop high-value bids under tight timelines with strong analytical judgment

- Support the Pricing Team with any other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

- Expert-level Excel modeling (complex formulas, structured models, scenario analysis)

- Strong foundation in finance and accounting

- Excellent English communication skills - you must be able to explain how your model works and why the results make sense

- Proven experience using financial models to support real commercial decisions

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience:

- Pricing experience in aviation (ground handling, airport operations, security, or related services), or

- Experience pricing field services, such as:

1. Contract staffing

2. Construction or infrastructure services

3. Security Services

4. Janitorial/Building Maintenance Services

5. Facilities management or similar labor-heavy operations

- Experience working across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams (5 or more years working deeply in Excel)

- Competence with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, etc

Education:

- Mandatory: Business degree (BBA, Bachelor of Science in Business) in Finance or Economics

- Preferred: MBA or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
