Job Description:

- Develop and implement pre-sales strategies, targeting the right markets and supporting overall business goals.

- Conduct effective product demonstrations and assist in sales presentations to showcase product features and value.

- Maintain strong technical expertise by staying updated on industry trends and technology developments.

- Build and manage customer relationships, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer support) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.

- Create and maintain sales tools such as demos, case studies, and whitepapers.

- Provide insights for product improvements based on customer and sales team feedback.

- Train sales teams on product capabilities and technical knowledge.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

- Prepare and manage proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in pre-sales processes.

- Maintain strong relationships with technology and regional business partners to support sales efforts.

- Work closely with marketing to ensure aligned messaging and presales materials.
