Job Title: Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer - Networking & Security
Work Location: Noida, India
Experience: 10- 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, providing expert guidance on networking and security solutions.
- Lead the technical qualification process, including requirement gathering, solution design, architecture, and sizing.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) tailored to customer needs.
- Translate business and technical requirements into high-level designs using best-in-class technologies.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed, accurate, and timely documentation and solution proposals.
- Engage with product management and engineering to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and provide pre-sales support across multiple sales territories as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and evolving customer needs in the cybersecurity and networking space.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in the networking and cybersecurity industry.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, etc.) and security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, NAC, DLP, SIEM, endpoint security, etc.).
- Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using technologies from leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, Check Point, etc.
