Role Overview:
As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be a critical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients, translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value. You will work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to acquire new customers and expand our market share in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and understand customer business requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Design customized solutions that address specific customer needs and align with their strategic objectives.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFPs, and other documentation to support the sales process.
- Conduct thorough product training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong understanding of the market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the development of sales tools and resources to improve the effectiveness of the pre-sales process.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business value propositions.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering customized SaaS solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on solution selling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP systems or related business software is highly desirable.
