Job Post: Sr Presales Business Analyst Magento/Ecommerce.

Experience: 4+ Years.

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Required candidate only for Pre-sales BA activity, No post sales.

- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.

- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define business needs, and document functional and technical specifications.

- Lead pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and proof of concepts (PoCs).

- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of specific solution domain, company products and solutions while applying knowledge to translate functional view into technical view.

- Frequently contributes to development of new idea and methods by constantly engaging with customer and analyzing their business needs.

- Supporting in marketing activitiescase study, portfolio and marketing content.

- Requirement gathering, documentation, ecommerce functionality.

- Collecting and analyzing the projects business requirements.

- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents, wire-frame, estimation.

- It would be Add-on to have knowledge of Adobe Commerce/Magento -Features, Woocommerce, Shopify, big commerce Functionality.

- Should be able to estimate the requirement with Ecommerce platform.

- Help Business development team with require documentation to convert lead & prospect to client.

- Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.

- Documentation Skills BRD/FRS, WBS, PPT and SOWs -Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -The skills you need to excel in this position include:.

- Team Handling Skill.

- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge Adobe Commerce/Magento Community.

- Knowledge of Adobe Experience -Manager (AEM) and other Adobe products is a strong advantage.

- Foster strong partnerships with Adobe Executives to plan lead nurturing strategies and strengthen client relationships.

- Identify and build partnerships with other market-leading products and define roadmaps for future collaborations.

- Proficiently manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely updates of lead statuses in coordination with the sales team.

- Monitor and optimize the lead-to-sales pipeline for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Act as a bridge between presales commitments and post-sales expectations, ensuring seamless transitions.

- Define the nature of change requests in alignment with presales commitments and manage client expectations.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the e-commerce and digital experience domains.

- Assist in defining strategic goals and roadmaps for client success.
