Description:
The Senior Presales & Growth Consultant plays a critical role at the intersection of presales execution, solution strategy, and growth intelligence. This position is responsible for strengthening the quality and effectiveness of the presales function by combining strong solutioning capabilities with a structured, data-driven growth mindset.
The role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Growth teams to ensure client requirements are well understood, value propositions are clearly articulated, and presales efforts translate into improved win rates and deal velocity.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresales & Solution Consulting:- Lead structured discovery discussions to understand client ESG, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
- Design and articulate tailored solution approaches aligned with client business objectives.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for enterprise stakeholders.
- Own proposal development including RFP/RFI responses, scope definition, and solution narratives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, case studies, and one-pagers.
Growth & Funnel Intelligence:- Analyse presales funnel performance, including lead qualification, opportunity progression, and conversion rates.
- Conduct winloss analyses and provide actionable insights to Sales and Product teams.
- Support competitive positioning and value proposition refinement.
- Track presales KPIs such as deal velocity, cycle time, and stage drop-offs.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in research, proposal creation, and demo preparation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and deal progression.
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate platform updates into client-ready narratives.
- Align with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
Qualifications & Experience Required:- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS presales, solution consulting, or enterprise consulting roles.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with funnel metrics and performance data.
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including CXO-level audiences.
Preferred:- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, compliance, or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience supporting international enterprise clients.
