Job Summary: The Senior Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Pre Sales Consulting, Requirement Gathering (Pre Sales), Product Development Life Cycle, Business processes, and enterprise software sales. You will be the key expert, providing valuable insights, conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs. 2. Serve as the expert on requirement gathering and mapping blockchain technology solution, staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices 3. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our blockchain solutions 4. Understand and analyze customer business processes, workflows, and pain points to propose effective solutions that address their unique challenges. 5. Create and deliver high-quality and persuasive proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that align with customer requirements 6. Lead the techno functional discussions and negotiations with clients, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and ensuring their confidence in our solutions. 7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and subject matter experts, to refine and enhance our blockchain offerings based on customer feedback 8. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent the company and promote our blockchain solutions. 9. Provide feedback and input to product development teams regarding new features, enhancements, and emerging market trends 10. Mentor and train junior pre-sales consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's expertise Qualifications and Skills: a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. b. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a related role, preferably in the enterprise software development industry c. Proven experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients at various levels of an organization d. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and enterprise software architecture e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. f. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable terms. g. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Note: Knowledge of Blockchain Technology would be a good to have skill
