Drive digital and direct customer engagement through:
- WhatsApp marketing
- SMS & email campaigns
- Loyalty and referral programs
- Collaborate with retail teams to increase walk-ins and conversions
3. Jewellery Industry Focus
Promote key product categories:
- Bridal jewellery collections
- Gold & diamond jewellery
- Saving schemes and festive offers
Highlight brand strengths such as:
- Hallmark certification
- Craftsmanship and design exclusivity
- Align campaigns with market trends, customer demand, and gold price movements
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor and analyse:
- Campaign ROI
- Store footfall
- Conversion ratios
- Sales performance during promotions
- Optimize marketing strategies based on data insights
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with:
- Advertising agencies
- Media partners
- Designers, printers, and production vendors
- Work closely with sales and retail teams for campaign execution
