Role/Title : Senior PMO / Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Senior PMO / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Banking domain expertise and extensive experience in managing large-scale technology initiatives.

The candidate will play a key role in driving project governance, stakeholder coordination, execution tracking, and strategic delivery management across banking technology projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive project governance for multiple banking technology initiatives

- Manage project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and delivery timelines

- Coordinate with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors

- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and governance frameworks

- Prepare leadership-level MIS reports, dashboards, and project reviews

- Monitor project dependencies, escalations, risks, and issue resolution

- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation

- Drive PMO best practices, process improvements, and execution standards

- Support budgeting, resource planning, and project prioritization activities

- Facilitate UAT, deployment planning, and production transition activities

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in PMO and Project Management within Banking / Financial Services

- Strong techno-functional understanding of banking systems and applications

- Experience handling enterprise-level banking projects

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and governance processes

- Expertise in project tracking, reporting, risk management, and escalation handling

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Confluence, etc.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple project streams

Preferred Skill :

- Exposure to Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Lending, Digital Banking, CRM, or Regulatory projects

- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred

- Experience working with banking transformation or migration projects will be an advantage
